Inbox

The Inbox is where your agents write to you: a brief, a report, a reminder you asked for, or a question that needs your decision. It collects them from all your workspaces, so you don't have to open each agent's chat to see what happened.

Where it is

Inbox is in the sidebar, right under Home. On the phone it is the tab right after Home, and Agents moves under More. Its count is your open decisions plus unread posts in the workspace you are in (in a context, its workspaces; in All workspaces, all of them).

The Inbox opens filtered to where you are: a workspace shows that workspace's posts and questions, a context shows its workspaces, and All workspaces shows everything. When more than one workspace has something for you, a button at the top switches between them — All workspaces or any single workspace, each with its count — without leaving the page.

What lands there

• Agents post with the plank_post tool — a brief, a report, a reminder, or a one-line "nothing changed". Each post can say what the agent needs from you, link the files it is about, and open the chat it came from (Go to chat).
• A question an agent asks you is pinned at the top, and you answer it right there, exactly as on the agent's page.
• Reminders you ask for arrive here too. A reminder names the chat it came from; More context adds what you asked for there, in your own words, and the agent's full note. See Automations.
• Important posts and questions arrive as a push notification; tapping it opens the post. See Notifications.

Answering

• Every agent has its own stream: open it to read everything that agent sent, oldest first, and write back — your message wakes the agent.
• A post that came from a chat or a schedule is answered in its chat. Tap Reply in the chat… (or the microphone, on the phone) and that chat opens with the keyboard up or already recording.
• Mark a reminder Done when you've handled it.

For the agent

plank_inbox_list reads the person's Inbox — pending decisions and posts, newest first, with unread and done flags — from their personal container only (a shared space has no inbox). spaces ("all" or a list of space slugs) narrows or widens it to spaces they are a member of. It is read-only: the person marks a post read or done in the app.
