Plank Kazakhstan B2B Tariffs
1. Purpose
This document is for Kazakhstan customers who want to pay TOO “Plank MD” directly and receive local documents: invoice, act/EAVR, ESF where required, and payment to the TOO bank account.
2. Sales Channels
Global self-serve
- Price may be shown in USD.
- Payment is processed through Paddle.
- Merchant of record: Paddle.
- Taxes and payment documents are provided by Paddle.
- TOO “Plank MD” does not issue duplicate invoices, acts or ESF for the same Paddle transaction.
Kazakhstan direct B2B
- Currency: KZT.
- Seller: TOO “Plank MD”, BIN
260640029319. - Payment: bank transfer to the TOO account.
- Documents: invoice, act/EAVR, ESF where required, public offer, order form or specification.
- VAT status:
without VATwhile the TOO is not registered for VAT.
3. Conversion Rule
If a fixed KZT price list is not published, use:
KZT price = international list price × official NBK exchange rate on the invoice/order date, rounded to the nearest 100 or 1,000 KZT.
After the invoice or order is issued, the KZT amount is fixed for that billing period and does not change because of later exchange-rate movements.

5. Website Copy
For Kazakhstan legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Plank can be paid directly to TOO “Plank MD” by invoice in KZT. In this case, invoices, acts/EAVR and other closing documents are issued by TOO “Plank MD”. Payment of the invoice constitutes acceptance of the public offer unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
6. Invoice Wording
Subscription access:
Access to the Plank cloud software service under the Pro plan for the billing period. Basis: public offer of TOO “Plank MD” dated 1.1 (2026-06-30), available at https://plank.md/offer. Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of the public offer.
If the price is based on the international list price:
The invoice amount is fixed in KZT on the invoice date. Calculation reference: the international list price × official NBK rate on the invoice date = the KZT amount, rounded according to the rule in Section 3 (nearest 100 or 1,000 KZT).
Hourly implementation and ICT services:
Implementation and ICT services for Plank: process analysis, software setup and adaptation, workspace configuration, dashboards, automations, integrations and user training. Rate: the agreed KZT rate per hour, without VAT. Limit: up to the agreed number of hours, total no more than the agreed KZT cap. Service period: the agreed service dates. Basis: public offer of TOO “Plank MD” dated 1.1 (2026-06-30), available at https://plank.md/offer. Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of the public offer and the services order.
