Public Offer of TOO “Plank MD” for Participation in a Paid Online Workshop

1. Overview

1.1. Plank MD LLP — legal name under Kazakhstan law: Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью «Планк МД» — BIN 260640029319, the Organizer, offers individuals, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, the Participant, to enter into an agreement for participation in a paid online workshop (webinar) under this public offer.

1.2. This offer applies only to participation in the paid online workshop that the Organizer runs and describes on the event page. Subscription access to the Plank software service is governed by separate documents: the Terms of Use at https://plank.md/terms, the Privacy Policy at https://plank.md/privacy and, for direct B2B sales, the public offer at https://plank.md/offer.

1.3. The event page is the public workshop page published by the Organizer, stating the date and time of the live session, its duration, format, programme, price and the contents of the participation package. The event page and the invoice form an integral part of the agreement.

1.4. This offer does not apply to payments made through Paddle, the App Store, Google Play or any other payment intermediary. Workshop participation is paid directly to the Organizer.

2. Subject

2.1. The Organizer runs an online workshop on management accounting and the Participant pays for participation in it.

2.2. The workshop is delivered remotely, as a live session over internet video services. The Organizer sends the joining link to the contact details provided at registration.

2.3. The date and time of the live session, its duration, format, programme and the contents of the participation package are set by the event page and the invoice. This offer does not fix them: the values published on the event page at the time of acceptance are the operative ones.

2.4. The workshop is an information and consulting service. It is not an educational programme leading to a formal qualification, and it is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice on any individual Participant's circumstances.

3. Acceptance

3.1. Payment for participation constitutes acceptance of this offer. Once payment is received, the agreement is concluded on the terms of this offer, the event page and the invoice.

3.2. Contacting the Organizer on WhatsApp through the registration button on the event page, next to which a link to this offer is published, also constitutes acceptance, to the extent of processing the enquiry and sending payment details or an invoice. The Organizer's obligation to run the workshop arises upon payment.

3.3. The Participant confirms that, before acceptance, they have read this offer, the event page and the Privacy Policy.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. The price of participation is stated on the event page and in the invoice, in Kazakhstan tenge. This offer does not fix a specific amount.

4.2. Two payment methods are available:

• Kaspi — the Organizer sends the transfer details to the Participant over WhatsApp or the contact given at registration;
• invoice for a legal entity or individual entrepreneur — the invoice is sent to the email address provided by the Participant; to issue it, the Participant provides the organization name and its BIN or IIN.

4.3. No other payment method is offered under this offer, including card payment on the website.

4.4. The Organizer is not registered for VAT. Invoices, acts, EAVRs and other documents state без НДС (VAT-exempt) unless the Organizer's tax status changes.

4.5. At the request of a Participant who paid by invoice, the Organizer provides closing documents: an act or an EAVR.

5. What Participation Includes

5.1. Payment for participation includes:

• attendance of the live workshop session, with the opportunity to ask the speaker questions;
• access to the workshop recording for the period stated on the event page;
• workshop materials: the templates and reference documents listed on the event page;
• one month of the Plank Pro plan as a gift, on the terms of Section 6.

5.2. The exact contents of the package are set by the event page as at the time of acceptance.

5.3. The recording and materials are delivered in the manner chosen by the Organizer: a link to a file or to a private page. The Organizer does not guarantee availability of the recording after the period stated on the event page.

6. One Month of Plank Pro as a Gift

6.1. A Participant who has paid for participation receives one month of the Plank Pro plan as a gift.

6.2. The gift is provided after the Participant registers an account at https://plank.md and is activated on that account. No payment card needs to be added to receive the gift.

6.3. The gift is provided in non-monetary form. It is not exchangeable for money, not transferable to third parties, and does not reduce the price of participation. Not using the gift is not a ground for a refund or a price reduction.

6.4. Use of the Plank Pro plan is governed by the Terms of Use at https://plank.md/terms and the Privacy Policy at https://plank.md/privacy.

7. Rescheduling and Cancellation

7.1. The Organizer may reschedule the date or time of the live session. The Organizer notifies the Participant at the contact details given at registration and updates the event page.

7.2. On a reschedule, the payment remains valid and applies to the workshop on the new date. A Participant who cannot attend the new date may take the recording and materials, or request a refund under Section 8.

7.3. If the Organizer cancels the workshop and sets no new date, the amount paid is refunded in full.

7.4. The Organizer is not responsible for an inability to attend caused by circumstances on the Participant's side, including the absence or quality of their internet access, their device settings, or incorrect contact details. Such circumstances are not a failure to deliver the service; the Participant keeps access to the recording and materials under Section 5.

8. Withdrawal and Refunds

8.1. Refunds are governed by the Plank Refund Policy at https://plank.md/refund. Workshop participation is paid directly to the Organizer, so Section 2 of that policy applies: a refund is made in the case of duplicate payment of the same invoice, a billing error, an unauthorized payment, or a material failure to provide the paid service that the Organizer cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

8.2. In addition to clause 8.1, the Organizer gives a money-back guarantee: if the Participant considers that the workshop did not meet their expectations, the Organizer refunds the full participation fee actually paid by the Participant. No reasons, forms or explanations are required for this. The guarantee applies following clauses 8.3 and 8.4.

8.3. A refund request is sent to support@plank.md, stating the Participant's name, the contact details used at registration, and the method and date of payment. A request under the guarantee in clause 8.2 is sent no later than the end of the calendar day following the day of the live session, Astana time (UTC+5). The date of the live session is stated on the event page; if the session is rescheduled, the deadline runs from the new date.

8.4. A refund under the guarantee in clause 8.2 is made within 10 (ten) business days of receipt of the request, to the same account or by the same means as the payment. The Organizer may ask the Participant for the bank details needed to make the transfer.

8.5. No refund is made in respect of the gift under Section 6: the gift is provided in non-monetary form and is not exchangeable for money. Where the participation fee is refunded, the Participant keeps the gift and it does not reduce the refunded amount.

8.6. If the Participant disputes a payment with their bank or payment provider without contacting the Organizer, the dispute is handled through that provider. The Organizer asks you to write to support@plank.md first so the matter can be resolved directly.

9. Materials and Rights

9.1. All rights to the workshop, its programme, recording, templates, reference documents, checklists and other materials belong to the Organizer.

9.2. The Participant may use the workshop materials in their own work, including the work of their organization.

9.3. The Participant may not publish, distribute or resell the recording and materials, give third parties access to them, or make their own recording of the live session, without the Organizer's written consent.

9.4. Participation is not transferable to a third party without the Organizer's consent. One payment entitles one person to attend, unless the event page or the invoice states otherwise.

10. Personal Data

10.1. The Organizer processes the Participant's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy at https://plank.md/privacy. This offer sets no separate data-processing rules.

10.2. To register a Participant, send payment details or an invoice, and deliver the joining link, the recording and the materials, the Organizer processes the Participant's name and contact details and, for invoice payments, their organization's details.

10.3. The live session may be recorded. The recording is used to give participants access under Section 5 and may contain participants' questions and chat messages.

11. Liability

11.1. The Organizer runs the workshop in good faith and in accordance with the event page, but does not guarantee that the Participant will achieve any particular financial or other result: the result depends on the Participant's own data and actions.

11.2. Decisions the Participant takes on the basis of the workshop materials are taken independently and at their own responsibility.

11.3. The Organizer's liability under this offer is limited to the price of participation paid by the Participant, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Term and Changes

12.1. This offer is effective from the date of publication until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new edition.

12.2. The Organizer may amend this offer by publishing a new edition at https://plank.md/webinar-offer. An acceptance that has already occurred is governed by the edition in force on the date of acceptance.

12.3. Withdrawal of the offer or publication of a new edition does not change the terms of participation already paid for.

13. Law and Disputes

13.1. This offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

13.2. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, if unresolved, by the court at the Organizer's location unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

13.3. This offer is published in Russian and English. If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the two language versions, the Russian version prevails.
